Founder

Led by an engineer who still writes the code.

Lutz LLC was founded by Duncan Lutz, who has been building software professionally since 2019.

Today Duncan also works at SpruceID on digital identity and verifiable credentials, including California’s mobile driver’s license program. That work demands software that is secure, correct, and fast, and it’s the standard he brings to every Lutz LLC project.

He has a soft spot for Rust, and for software that quietly does its job well.
